A: Positive, free-spirited, adventure-loving mother and professional who believes in living life to the fullest and giving back to others.
Q: What do you do for MTR clients?
A: Open up possibilities for Clients by developing measurable and impact-driven strategies.
Q: Describing your dream client and/or project
A: At MTR, every client is a dream client. Once they've decided to partner with us, they can be assured that we'll follow through on our promises.
Q: Where do you live and what’s your favorite thing to do or place to be in your town?
A: I live in Miami, Florida. I’m an outdoor person so what is life without the ocean, a good bottle of wine and some amazing food to pair it with!
Q: What is one thing MTR clients would be surprised to learn about the company, the team, or the process?
A: Most Clients still have a hard time wrapping their head around an entirely remote organization and just how well we are all able to work so closely together despite actual geographic distances.
Q: What is an achievement you are really proud of?
A: I will forever be proud of taking such a risk in the early 2000’s as a female executive to leave the corporate world to focus on raising my son and establishing a small boutique consultancy so I could continue to grow my skill sets while supporting my family.
Q: What makes you laugh?
A: Of course, good jokes or memes always work, but it's typically my own clumsiness that makes me laugh. Life is already difficult enough, so I aim to face each day with a smile and a positive attitude!
Q: What 3 things do you need to create your best work?
A: Space, the outdoors, and music.
Q: What's your vice/guilty pleasure?
A: I love to travel! Yet, I have not been able to these last years but always looking forward to exploring new places and meeting new people!
What’s your superpower? In general, I would say my ability to read a room and adjust to the communication style that will yield the best results.
Q: If this were a high school yearbook, what would you be voted for? “Most likely to….”
A: Go to College (This was back in the 80’s and I was the first girl to go to college in my family.)

Book: John Grisham novels - it’s always about the underdog and righting injustice.Color: Blue - it's colorful yet calming
Sports Team: Miami Dolphins - we are sooo overdue for a SuperBowl win!Person: Oprah - What she has overcome, what she has created, how she is paying it forward all on her own terms without excuses.
Food/Drink: One of my greatest pleasures is learning about and tasting wines from all over the world paired with amazing food.
Travel Destination: Anywhere & everywhere - however, if I have to choose a destination; that would be Europe (Spain or Italy).
