MOPS Specialist

Role (Overview of the Position)

As Marketing Operations (MOPS) Specialist, you will own marketing automation tasks, as assigned, for our clients. You will proactively help our clients streamline their interconnected marketing touchpoints to create a cohesive experience for their prospects. You will report on and analyze data for optimizations. 

You are a HubSpot expert who aims to improve the return on marketing investments. You readily combine different technologies, metrics, and processes to streamline, support, report on, and remove friction from the entire marketing organization. You are on top of ways to help people achieve maximum effect with minimum means. When a client has a pain point with their automation process, you know just the solution - or are ready to roll up your sleeves and investigate. 

You will work with our Project Managers, Strategists, and other team members – as well as HubSpot reps – to identify, implement and report on the impact of marketing operations, marketing automation, and other integrated workflows and processes. You may also be responsible for analyzing marketing data and creating reports. Other tasks could include creating landing pages, email newsletters, and uploading blog posts.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)

  • Develop marketing campaigns, workflows, sequences, tasks, and reports in HubSpot.
  • Set up new Hubspot accounts with new clients including, but not limited to; importing databases, creating lists, creating dashboard reports, expert proficiency in Hubspot Sales, Marketing and Ops Hubs, and creating complex workflows and chat flows.
  • Setup of tools to assist in successful marketing campaigns that may include Zapier, Zoom, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Provide support to the account strategist that supports OKRs. 
  • Troubleshoot marketing automation issues.
  • Provide training to clients as part of their onboarding process, or on an as-needed basis on optimizing their use of HubSpot tools.

EXPERIENCE

  • A passion for HubSpot with matched expertise of 2-3 years actively using the HubSpot platform.
  • Completion of HubSpot learning paths, or other training, as recommended. 
  • HubSpot certifications and training completed: Inbound certification, inbound marketing, client management, delivering client success, guided client onboarding, HubSpot marketing software, HubSpot sales software, digital marketing, HubSpot reporting, email marketing, contextual marketing.  
  • 1-2 years of direct client engagement preferably in a training capacity. 
  • Resourceful troubleshooter with a high technical understanding of HubSpot marketing, sales, and service tools

Compensation
This is an hourly 1099 Independent Contractor position. You will be required to sign an Independent sales agent agreement. This is not a full-time position.

Project Manager

Role (Overview of the Position)

As Project Manager, you’ll be managing high-performance teams and client projects in an agile marketing environment, while keeping our clients’ (and their customers’) needs at the core. You’ll put your experience and ideas to work every day, tackling a wide scope of responsibilities for large and small-scale client projects. The ability to understand the big-picture view while also paying attention to the details is vital; and a curious, collaborative attitude is a must. We want to see you understand the “why” behind your team’s work and strive for clarity in what the client is trying to achieve. You can build, manage, and lead teams and serve as the primary facilitator for them. You actively look for barriers that stand in the way of momentum. Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)

Strategic 

  • Ensure project scope is delivered on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction. This includes renegotiating the timeframe, scope, and budget with the client when needed. 
  • Cultivate internal and external communication that improves transparency and sharing of information — covering project expectations, budgets, stakeholder needs, timelines, and more
  • Build client relationships and maintain them
  • Work closely with clients to ensure superb delivery and strategic growth of the account
  • Work closely with clients to set account or project KPIs, collaborate with internal team to set them up
  • Inspire and collaborate with the client and internal teams – work to solve problems together
  • Manage project budget and reporting at the account level, along with oversight of financial baselines and their impact 
  • Participate in the financial growth of your accounts by facilitating upsells and resells  
  • Ensure  projects are in alignment with our agency's best practices

Tactical

  • Lead new project onboarding post-Sales-to-Delivery Handoff - project setup
  • Setup and facilitate client kickoff meetings
  • Gather and interpret project requirements in order to deploy resources in the most efficient and cost-effective manner — managing change requests and shift of resources on short notice
  • Create momentum by creating well-thought-out task assignments. Provide task-related communication as needed to keep momentum and set accountability
  • Continued effort to manage internal and client expectations through task priority setting, meeting agenda setting, post-meeting recaps, and client weekly updates
  • Manage Harvest budget and communicate to Account Payable when an account needs to be invoiced or has been archived. Update budget as needed.
  • Provide project timelines as needed
  • Meet set deadlines and reset expectations with the client if set deadline is not met
  • Be curious when a deadline is missed or a project becomes misaligned 
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and clients at once
  • Setup and report on client KPIs monthly
  • Schedule and lead project retrospectives, provide a recap and facilitate new or process updates

Consultative Sales

Role (Overview of the Position)

This is a consultative sales position. As a Marketing Solutions Consultant, you are responsible to ensure our inbound leads & outbound prospects get a consultation of the highest caliber which helps them understand their pain points, suggests possible solutions, and can effectively articulate the benefits of each. In cases where such consultations lead to a proposal of our solutions and services, you will own the process end-to-end, involve specialists, create plans, nurture and build relationships, and foster buy-in.

You are the leader who ensures we deliver value to our leads and prospects. You are accountable for ensuring that prospects who match our ideal persona and company profile are offered the services that can make the most impact to them. Your main areas of responsibility are: outbound business development prospecting, inbound prospect-centric consultations, plan customization, and presentation.

Strategic

  • Enhance our proven method of consultative sales.

  • Flexible working schedule, but must be available during US business hours, Monday through Friday. While this position is commission-based and not hourly, it is expected to require 30-40 weekly hours.

Strategist

Role (Overview of the Position)

As a Strategist, you are responsible to ensure our clients’ business goals are met. This will begin with you collaborating with their marketing executives to define OKRs and then developing the roadmaps, strategies, and plans to achieve them. You will work with our cross-functional team to turn those strategies into action and then report on their outcomes to show ROI.

You will be developing and nurturing relationships with clients and team members alike, educating and leading them as you enable them to work together to create magical marketing experiences for our client's customers. 

You are the leader who ensures we deliver results to our clients. You are accountable for ensuring that clients are offered the plans that can make the most impact toward achieving their goals. Your main areas of responsibility are: goal-setting, defining roadmaps, reporting on metrics, and achieving business results.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)

  • Work with clients to understand and/or develop their buyer personas, ideal client profiles, core messaging, brand house, customer journey, competitive ecosystem, current marketing activities audit, and overall marketing plan.
  • Present strategic recommendations, campaign ideas, opportunities, and tests to expedite time to value, using all necessary tools and channels
  • Proactively manage the profitability and growth of your accounts
  • As-needed, assist with consulting needs for prospects
  • Stay informed on trends, news, development, and competitors; and educate your clients and your team
